Intro to Dec Dough!
Hello everyone and welcome to Dec Dough. If you haven't already guessed, my name is Dec and in 2023 I published my own cookbook inspired by many years of cooking with my Grandma. With the help of my assistant editor Sushma Muthyala, we tried and tested thousands of recipes which I had written during my cooking journey with Grandma Patel. This eventually led to our first book 'Grandma Patel's Indian Cookbook' and we are now in the process of creating more books to add to this collection.
However your journey doesn't have to stop here! I have now begun classes for you all to learn the same way which I did and share the same cooking experiences to develop your own Indian cooking skills.
